As construction begins, you’ll get to know the Swanson Homes construction crew. With over 30 years of experience, our seasoned Project Manager and his team will be on-site daily, overseeing contractors, schedules and personnel. They will also be meeting with you at critical points in the construction timeline to ensure satisfactory results.

Curt Swanson has continued the tradition of excellence begun by his father, Harold Swanson, who founded the business in 1965. As a second generation builder, Curt has gained extensive knowledge of every aspect of the construction business. Currently serving as President of Swanson Homes, he oversees business operations, marketing, and land acquisition.
Curt’s unwavering commitment to producing uniquely personalized homes which exude uncompromised craftsmanship has led to many accolades, awards, and nominations. Along with serving on local and national boards, He has been an influential participant in industry associations, including President of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) which presents the Parade of Homes twice per year. He has also taken home BATC’s highest honor, Builder of the Year.
