    Swanson Homes General Build Time Line

    1

    HOME DESIGN

     

    Work with an Architect to create the perfect floor plan and home exterior that suits your needs.

    2

    INTERIOR DESIGN

    Begin Interior Design Process with Carbon 6 Interior team, continuing through to final build phases.

    3

    BREAK GROUND

    Begin the dig and foundation process in preparation for home structure

    4

    STRUCTURE + BUILD

    This phase includes framing all the way to final installs of cabinets, paint + stain, etc. This is the most time-consuming phase.

    5

    HOME COMPLETION

    Final touches, and final walkthrough! Install of any and all furnishings, window coverings, etc.

    6

    POST MOVE-IN SERVICE

    This phase begins your 90-day service as needed, followed by a 1-year post-move-in check.
